I enjoyed my business with American Way Storage with the monthly rent and location. The area is well lit at night and easy to access into the grounds to locate your unit. Customer service is available and helpful with any questions but other than that, I have experienced no problems.

American Way Storage now has a location in Shelbyville, Il. My storage unit is here and the unit itself is very spacious. Also, when American Way Storage gained this storage for their company they were very communicative about what was needed of me to ensure that I continue to have my unit. Their customer service is definitely a 10/5 stars. When I had questions about it my phone call was answered promptly and all of my questions were answered quickly, correctly, and with compassion.
